Ozark Moulding & Millwork, Inc. Work Policies and Warranty

We accept orders by fax, email and standard mail. For quality control purposes we do not accept orders by phone. All items are made to the customer's specifications; therefore cancellations or changes to orders-in-process are subject to a charge to be determined at the time of request.

The general lead time for orders is around 10-15 days. Shipment by ground is approximately 1 week, therefore total lead-time from day of ordering to receipt of order is 4 weeks.

Since each order is custom made to your specifications, payment is required before order can be placed in production. Payment can be made by cashier's check or money order.

Upon receiving your shipment, please be sure to inspect for damage. Any product received damaged should be noted on delivery slip and signed by the driver. A copy should then be faxed to us at 1-870-856-4006 and a claim must be submitted immediately by the customer to the courier. The customer is responsible for checking their delivered order immediately for any shortages or discrepancies and is responsible for contacting Ozark Moulding & Millwork, Inc. within 2 business days to report these discrepancies.

Shipping costs will be added to the total order cost. Ozark Moulding & Millwork, Inc. warrants that all of our products will be reasonably defect free in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Burls, pin knots, mineral streaks, sap, etc. are natural characteristics found in wood and are not considered defects. Due to its inherent nature all wood will expand and contract depending on environmental conditions; Ozark Moulding & Millwork, Inc. does allow for some wood movement. We will not be liable for damages caused by improper handling, storage, assembling, finishing or installation by customer or customer's representative.

The warrant shall not apply to:

  1. Any defects caused or repairs required as a result of misuses, abusive operation, negligence, accident, improper use or installation, and/or insufficient care.
  2. Any Ozark Moulding & Millwork, Inc. product tampered by adjustment, altered or repaired by any other party other than Ozark Moulding & Millwork, Inc.
  3. Any defects to the surface caused by normal wear and tear and the natural aging process.
  4. To the extent the law permits, for loss of time or use of Ozark Moulding & Millwork Inc. products, installation and transportation cost necessary for the application of this warranty, or any other indirect or consequential damage or inconvenience.
  5. Certain other limitations may apply with regards to specific products.
